Welcome to
Château de Courcelles-Le-Roi

An intimate Castle out of time, 1 hour and half from Paris

About

Former fortified castle, the Château de Courcelles-Le-Roi has existed since the 12th century. The latter suffered terribly from the Hundred Years' War. Demolished and rebuilt several times, this fortress has spanned centuries of history. Following the passage of Saint-Louis in 1247, Charles VIII and Anne de Bretagne in 1493, the castle left its mark on the history of French royalty.

The Château de Courcelles-le-Roi is listed on the inventory of historic monuments by decree of January 12, 1931
